News & updates
What's new at AM Networking — recognitions, launches and work worth telling clients about. We only post when there's genuinely something to report, so this page stays short.

New website, and dedicated East London coverage
We've rebuilt amnetworking.co.uk. The new site is plainer and quicker to read, with a proper page for each of our four services and the numbers we hold ourselves to on show throughout.
Alongside the rebuild, we've launched local pages for the areas where most of our clients are: East London, Shoreditch and Canary Wharf. Each one covers what support from Paul Street looks like for that patch — on-site visits, response times and the questions local businesses actually ask us.
AM Networking named to the Channel Futures MSP 501
The Channel Futures MSP 501 is the industry list recognising managed service providers, and AM Networking is on it. For a four-person practice in Shoreditch, that matters: it's the wider industry looking at how we run things, not us marking our own homework.
You'll find the badge on our homepage. The response stats behind it — 96% of calls answered in under 15 seconds, 91% of issues resolved at first contact — are on show there too.
Microsoft Solutions Partner – Modern Work
We hold Microsoft's Solutions Partner designation for Modern Work. Modern Work is Microsoft's solution area for Microsoft 365 — Teams, SharePoint, Exchange and the rest of the tools most of our clients spend their working day in.
It reflects where the practice has always been strongest. We're Microsoft-first, and most of what we do — tenancy hardening under our cyber security service, migrations under cloud solutions, and day-to-day helpdesk work — sits on the Microsoft stack. If your business runs on Microsoft 365, this is the designation that says we know it properly.
The practical stuff lives on the blog
Company news is occasional by design. The regular writing happens on our blog — practical guides for London small businesses, written by the engineers who do the work.
